Will my client see my screenshots?+
The PDF client report contains service descriptions, time, service areas and totals, not raw screenshots. Review it before sharing; an export is not automatically sent to clients.
Do I need to review every screenshot individually?+
Work2Bill works with days and work blocks. Review related sections and assign clients and activities. Check the resulting report before billing.
How long does reviewing a whole month take?+
It depends on the amount of data, assignments and corrections needed. Reliable time savings are still being evaluated in beta; we do not promise a fixed processing time.
Can I delete private or sensitive screenshots?+
You can delete screenshots and mark work blocks as private. Also check descriptions and exports already created: saved revisions and downloaded files are not changed retroactively.
What happens to unassigned time?+
Unassigned time is deliberately excluded from billing. It does not block complete client items and can be reviewed later or ignored.
Does Work2Bill support multiple monitors?+
Yes. Review mode is designed for multi-monitor work so you can review related screens together.
Can I export PDF and CSV?+
Yes. Export client-facing PDF service reports and CSV files for billing, follow-up work or your own analysis.
Is Work2Bill a surveillance tool?+
Work2Bill is a billing assistant for freelancers. Review and correct your data and decide which report to share. A saved version is not formal approval.
Can I cancel after the trial month?+

Is there a desktop app?+
A Windows agent is available in beta. Native macOS and Linux apps are planned but not yet available. The web app processes uploaded screenshots and helps create work reports.
